Some people prefer therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes, rather than driving to see a therapist. Video counselling is one way of bringing counselling to people who live far away. Or for those who cannot easily leave home to attend counselling.

Your video session will be taken by the expert on Whatsapp / zoom / skype / Duo etc.

 

Note:

Kindly use earplugs / headphone during the session so that sound will be clear and ensure your network area so that there will be continuity in the communication.

Do not be busy with any other work during the session.If during the session someone close to the patient wants to consult with the expert, then it will be involved in the fixed time for the session.
